Sara Fleecs, NP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. Her journey started as a certified nursing assistant, where she learned firsthand what it means to care genuinely for people. Over the years, she worked her way up, gaining experience in different areas of medicine before finding her passion in family practice.

For more than a decade, she worked in traditional family medicine, but something always felt off. The system wasn’t built for real patient care—it was built for insurance companies. Appointments were rushed and there was never enough time to truly get to the root of their concerns. Sara knew healthcare could be better, and more importantly, she knew patients deserved better.

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner

A place where patients get genuine, personal, and thoughtful care.

She’s always been curious about her patients—not just their symptoms, but their stories, their struggles, and what truly makes them well. That curiosity led her to explore integrative health approaches, including becoming HeartMath certified, where she now trains patients in breathwork and mindfulness techniques to help regulate their immune system and improve resilience. Thinking outside the box, finding the best solutions for each patient, and treating them as a whole person isn’t just something she believes in—it’s how she practices every day.

That’s why she created Highway 30 Health—a place where patients get genuine, personal, and thoughtful care without the limits of insurance. Here, it’s not about checking boxes or rushing through visits—it’s about listening, understanding, and working together to create a healthcare experience that actually works for you.

Providing Quality, Compassionate, and Accessible Care

Sara believes that the foundation of primary care is the relationship between the provider and the patient.
